This listing includes Five (5) lbs. of Uncooked Beer Bratwurst. It's our original bratwurst with just a little hint of beer flavoring. Popular at tailgate parties, beer brats are good year round. It is hard to believe the taste this adds to the bratwurst.

Our original bratwurst (a pork sausage with spices especially suited for frying) is made from 80% lean quality fresh pork and seasoned with our own old family favorite spices and stuffed in natural casings. Brats processed in Nebraska, where they know good meat, that's great for grilling on your grill at home or at a tailgate party.
