This listing includes a Six (6) lb. Box (5 Packages) of uncooked Lean Breakfast Sausage. To create some of the best breakfast sausage anywhere, we have taken our own mild seasonings and 80% lean pork and ground them together to create some excellent tasting sausage. While this sausage is a common breakfast item in the traditional American "farmer" or "country" breakfasts, this sausage can be used for anything. You don't have to eat it just for breakfast, it's a treat anytime.
