This listing includes Ten (10) lbs. of Uncooked Polish Sausage. Our Polish sausage is made with 80% lean quality pork seasoned with just enough garlic to make any mouth water as with traditional Polish Sausage that has been made for centuries in Poland. When cooked, it can be eaten heated or cold, in a sandwich, in soups or sauces, with scrambled eggs or vegetables. Polish sausage is a highly appreciated camping food well-done in a campfire or grill.
